Aqua Pennsylvania will be performing weekday water main construction on Philmont Avenue in Lower Moreland Township from: Tues, Sep 2, 2025 – Mon, June 1, 2026Â

- Road Closure/Detour: The closure runs between Pine Road and Byberry Road on Philmont Avenue weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, so drivers will be redirected to use those two roads to travel around the work zone. Please allow extra travel time when driving near the construction zone. Local access will still be allowed for residents and businesses within the closed section, but entry points may change depending on the active construction zone. Â
