We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, Aetna, and Blue Cross / Blue Shield. Please be aware that not all procedures are able to be covered by insurance and might need to be paid for prior to being completed.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of
health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage a "Good Faith Estimate" of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.

We offer several financing options to our patients: Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Customized Credit plans through CareCredit.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice or you will be billed a fee.
If you are running late for your appointment please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you that day or reschedule you to a more convenient time.
